Private digital jigsaw puzzles from your own photos, sent as a link

Puzzlify turns a personal photo into a private digital jigsaw you send as a link. Preview in the browser for free; publish with one credit (EUR 3.99) when you want to gift it. Recipients play with no account, no app. Optional PIN, leaderboard, and a note that appears when the last piece clicks in.
I built Puzzlify because I wanted to send my family a personal gift that felt handmade but arrived instantly. A photo becomes a private jigsaw you share as a link: no account, no app, no shipping. You can preview any puzzle for free in the browser and only pay one credit (EUR 3.99) when you decide to publish and gift it. The people I want to reach are anyone marking a birthday, an anniversary, or a long-distance hello. Next I want to improve mobile play, add more piece-count options, and make the hidden message at the end feel even more special.
The angle of turning one's personal photos into a jigsaw is cute and does stand out, this could really work for families with children especially, as a gamified activity. The only issue here could be that, actually publishing a puzzle (which is using the actual platform) costs 3.99 EUR, so people could watch out for that paywall and decide if they actually want to get it.
