Your AI Career Companion

DocPilot guides you through every step of your job search. Build resumes, match jobs, generate applications, prep for interviews, and track your progress all in one place.
I built DocPilot because I wanted to make the job search process less frustrating. What started as a simple AI resume builder quickly became something much bigger as I realized that job seekers need more than a resume. They need help understanding job descriptions, tailoring applications, preparing for interviews, managing different resume versions, and keeping everything organized. I’m building DocPilot for students, graduates, professionals, career changers, and anyone who is tired of jumping between different tools just to apply for one job. DocPilot is still a work in progress. I’m especially focused on improving the onboarding experience, making the features easier to discover, and showing users more of the product before they sign up. I’m building this based heavily on real user feedback, and I’m excited to keep improving it.
DocPilot is an AI resume building and job matcher platform that has many, many features. You can use an Interview Coach, find your ATS score, match with the most compatible job, and the cool "indie" aspect to it is that it is available for more countries other than US, so it can be used by job-seekers across Nigeria and India. The design could definitely be better, there are elements that are a little cheap, boring, but we appreciate a new tool here.
DocPilot is built for students, graduates, professionals, career changers, and anyone actively searching for jobs.
DocPilot offers a free plan with access to selected features. Pro unlocks additional features and higher usage limits.
You can match your resume to job descriptions, create tailored career documents, track applications, and prepare for interviews from one workspace.
We’re continuously improving DocPilot based on user feedback, particularly onboarding, feature discovery, and the overall career-search experience.
